For families who previously had a credit card on file, with our new system we will need to re-establish your CC on file and receive a updated and signed credit card on file consent. – Credit Card on File 2025

Drive-Thru Flu Clinic! 🚗💨

Upper Valley Pediatrics is hosting our annual Drive-Thru Flu Clinic on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM at our Bradford clinic (331 Upper Pln, Bradford, VT)!

👶🧒👩‍🦰 Open to the public for individuals ages 6 months through 64 years
✅ No appointment necessary – just drive up and stay in your car while we take care of your flu shot!

⚠️ Please note:

  • This clinic will be for flu vaccines only — we currently do not have COVID-19 vaccines available.

  • We’re working on scheduling a Drive-Thru Clinic at our West Lebanon location soon — stay tuned for more details!

We are excited to announce some big changes coming to Upper Valley Pediatrics, PLLC.  Our East Thetford location will be closing as of Thursday, August 28, 2025. We will officially begin seeing patients at our brand-new clinic in West Lebanon, NH, starting Thursday, September 4, 2025.
