UVP’s Flu Vaccine Drive-Thru will be held on Thursday, October 8th, 2026, from 4:00–5:00 PM at Thetford Elementary School.

Our flu vaccines have just been delivered, and we’re ready to help you and your family get protected for the season ahead. The drive-thru format makes getting your flu vaccine quick and convenient—simply drive in, receive your vaccination, and be on your way.

Getting vaccinated is an important step in protecting yourself, your family, and our community from influenza. Whether you’re getting your annual flu shot or making sure your family is up to date, we encourage you to take advantage of this convenient opportunity.

More Patient Portal Upgrades Are Coming!

We’re excited to share that more improvements are coming to the Upper Valley Pediatrics Patient Portal this month!

Our goal is to make checking in for appointments easier and give families more ways to complete important tasks from home—before arriving at the office.

What Is Pre-Check-In?

You may have noticed a new Pre-Check-In option in your Patient Portal. This feature was introduced last month and becomes available 7 days before your child’s scheduled appointment.

Families with an active portal account can use Pre-Check-In to:

  • Confirm or update phone numbers and account information
  • Review and update insurance information
  • Upload a photo of a current insurance card
  • Make a payment toward an outstanding balance
  • Review information before arriving for the appointment

And Soon… Even More!

We’re excited that another upgrade is on the way! Families will soon be able to review and electronically sign consent forms directly through Pre-Check-In.

Our electronic health record system continues to roll out new Patient Portal features designed to make it easier for families to complete forms, keep their information current, and prepare for upcoming appointments.

Because these features are new and continue to evolve, you may notice additional options appearing in the Patient Portal over the coming months.

Have an upcoming appointment? We encourage you to log into your Patient Portal during the week before your visit and give Pre-Check-In a try!

Join us for a Drive-Thru Flu Clinic at our Bradford Clinic:

Our drive-thru clinic is open to the public for individuals ages 6 months through 63 years. You do not need to be an established Upper Valley Pediatrics patient to participate.

Upper Valley Pediatrics is hosting our annual Drive-Thru Flu Clinic on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM at our Bradford clinic (331 Upper Pln, Bradford, VT)!

👶🧒👩‍🦰 Open to the public for individuals ages 6 months through 64 years
✅ No appointment necessary – just drive up and stay in your car while we take care of your flu shot!

⚠️ Please note:

  • This clinic will be for flu vaccines only — we currently do not have COVID-19 vaccines available.

  • We’re working on scheduling a Drive-Thru Clinic at our West Lebanon location soon — stay tuned for more details!
