More Patient Portal Upgrades Are Coming!
We’re excited to share that more improvements are coming to the Upper Valley Pediatrics Patient Portal this month!
Our goal is to make checking in for appointments easier and give families more ways to complete important tasks from home—before arriving at the office.
What Is Pre-Check-In?
You may have noticed a new Pre-Check-In option in your Patient Portal. This feature was introduced last month and becomes available 7 days before your child’s scheduled appointment.
Families with an active portal account can use Pre-Check-In to:
- Confirm or update phone numbers and account information
- Review and update insurance information
- Upload a photo of a current insurance card
- Make a payment toward an outstanding balance
- Review information before arriving for the appointment
And Soon… Even More!
We’re excited that another upgrade is on the way! Families will soon be able to review and electronically sign consent forms directly through Pre-Check-In.
Our electronic health record system continues to roll out new Patient Portal features designed to make it easier for families to complete forms, keep their information current, and prepare for upcoming appointments.
Because these features are new and continue to evolve, you may notice additional options appearing in the Patient Portal over the coming months.
